Xelerator 5 is a non ionic surfactant based super concentrated wetting agent used to assist the reactivity of pre spray cleaning agents and anti microbials.
Carpets and rugs:
Add Xelerator 5 to the pre mixed pre spray and apply the pre spray according to usual instructions.
Flood Damage:
Add Xelerator 5 to the pre mixed BioTech (5:1) and apply to both sides of the restored carpet and sub-flooring.
Pet Urine:
Add Xelerator 5 to the pre mixed MediTech (5:1) and apply directly to the affected area wait 5 minutes and extract, then mist the same solution on top of the affected area and brush it into the pile
Add 50ml of Xelerator to every 5 litres of pre mixed Ready to use pre spray, flood damage mould treatment or anti microbial urine treatment.
Simply add the directed amount to your cleaning agent to enhance it's performance, activity time and chemical reactivity.
It can be diluted with water and remain stable for use where superior wetting is required and extra performance needed.
